Good expression of red fruits, gooseberry, strawberries, soft watermelon, herbaceous and good minerality. Good acidity, fresh, light, very attractive flavour. A young wine ready to be consumed.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 6-8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with grilled meat and fish dishes. Due to the good acidity and greasiness, it accompanies dishes with some fat.
