Product details
The grapes choice is made in the vineyard in order to harvest the bunches that are in a perfect state of maturation and health, made in 20 kg boxes, being directly placed in stainless steel vats, whole bunch, where they are trodden by foot and ferment spontaneously and at the temperature controlled. After the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, the malolactic is made in barrels, where it aged for about 16 months. After this aging in barrels, the wine was transferred to stainless steel again, where it was statically decanted for a month, being bottled without gluing and with a light filtration.

Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes:
The colour is open and vivid. On the nose it reveals the subtlety of floral notes to violet complemented by nuances of cherry and raspberry. In the mouth it is extremely elegant, delicate, fresh, with notes of red fruits and a touch of aromatic herbs, with a long and persistent finish. This is undoubtedly one of the best examples of Pinot Noir's potential in a region as complex as the Douro.
