Colheita are Ports from a single year, aged in casks for a minimum period of seven years before being bottled. The harvest took place during the month of September and after careful selection at the sorting table, the crushed grapes and stems were directly transferred to granite presses where they were trodden before fortification.

Tasting Notes:
The color is golden. The nose is complex, revealing notes of hazelnuts, apricot, citrus fruits, honey and spices. In the mouth it is very delicate but with structure. The 10 years in cask integrated the cachaça into its aromatic complexity. The spicy acidity that characterizes Niepoort white ports balances the sweetness, finishing long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Walnuts, walnuts, almonds, raisins, peaches, apricots, etc. Desserts with eggs or pies with dried fruits, coffee, vanilla. Slightly chilled, it can be served as an aperitif.
