Baga is an indigenous grape variety from Portugal, perfectly rooted in Bairrada. To show the character of this terroir, this wine is made from a vineyard called Quinta do Moinho. We produce sparkling wine from the first harvest made at the end of August, to obtain good acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle on its side at a constant 15 °C. Serve chilled to 8 °C.
Food Pairing:
To be dished up with roasted meats, sweet desserts and the usual oily fish and seafood.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
