Tasting Notes:
Pale citrus colour. Fruity and floral aroma (rose, pineapple and citrus). Sweet flavour, crispy foam, very balanced and intense retro nasal aroma. High persistence by the excellent aroma of mouth and sweetness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 7-9ºC.
Food Pairing:
Matches very well with food such as venison terrine, canapés, cold meats, and pâtés.

Contains sulphites.
