Product details
The grapes are discharged in to the membrane press, where the must is extracted without crushing. The must is cooled and decanted and discharged into a steel tank where fermentation performs. After fermentation, the wine is decanted naturally in the deposit, and will make a second bottle fermentation at a controlled temperature and absence of light. After fermentation the bottles are in the basement, ageing until the stirring and disgorgement is done, time from which the product is ready for the market.
