Tasting Notes:
Crushed in a wine press, it has the aromatic expression of the best Touriga do Douro, with the fruit of the variety clearly recognizable, despite its natural concentration. Solid but polished tannins, full body and an unexpected acidic citrus vibration that refreshes and balances the whole. Very good.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is a versatile wine, ideal to accompany red meat dishes, roasts and cured cheeses.
