Tasting Notes:
Dense and deep black fruit, very compact, with a dry wood note to accompany it. Imposing in the mouth, with good size, acidity and firm tannins, austere, silky, convincing finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 12-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for mature cheeses other meat and fish courses.
