Product details
Wine made from red grapes, the intensity of the colour and structure depends entirely on the length of time the skins are in contact with the liquid, as these components are found in the skins.
Grape Varieties:
Alfrocheiro,Trincadeira
Tasting Notes:
Salmon colour, very clear and seductive. Clean, discreet nose. Floral notes of roses stand out in a bouquet composed mainly of fresh red fruit such as cherries and strawberries, complemented by a citrus side of ripe lemon. The palate is vibrant. A beautiful acidity takes over, fulfilling the refreshing purpose of a good rosé. A great body, with an oily texture that gives the dry wine an apparent sweetness. In the mouth, the aromas of pomegranate and redcurrant stand out and accompany the tasting right through to the long, inviting finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Uncomplicated, fresh and with delicate aromas, we suggest serving this wine between 7 and 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Making use of its delicacy and freshness, we suggest pairing As Pias Rosé with simple ‘summer’ dishes. Cold salads with shredded chicken, apple and berries or pomegranate would be an excellent choice. Traditional Andalusian gazpacho or other cold tomato-based soups will also go very well with this wine.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
