Product details
Winemaking:
Made from grapes selected from the vast clay-limestone and schist plains of Borba. The Aragonez, Castelão and Trincadeira grapes were harvested by hand. After arriving at the winery, the grapes were destemmed and crushed, followed by a 12-hour skin maceration. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. After the wine had been stabilised by physical processes in stainless steel tanks, it was filtered and then bottled.
