Tasting Notes:
Pale pink, delicate and bright. Reveals fresh aromas of raspberry and pomegranate, with hints of herbs that add a touch of complexity. Fresh and silky, with an enveloping texture. The finish is marked by a pleasant fruity flavour, prolonging the sensation of freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
White fish carpaccio, salads with cheese, grilled chicken, bruschetta and vegetable quiche.
