Wine made from red grapes, the intensity of the colour and structure depends entirely on the length of time the skins are in contact with the liquid, as these components are found in the skins.

Tasting Notes:
Salmon colour, clear and bright. Clean and inviting nose. Bouquet dominated by aromas of fresh red and wild fruit such as strawberries, pomegranate and raspberries, complemented by floral notes of rose and a citrus side of orange peel. The palate is intense and very well balanced. Without being sweet, it has a refreshing acidity combined with medium body and alcohol. The aromas described above are confirmed on the palate. Long, fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Uncomplicated, fresh and fruity, we suggest serving this wine between 7 and 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Due to its aromatic characteristics and obvious freshness, we suggest pairing it with fresh summer salads with chicken and red fruits, prawn cocktails or other aromatic seafood and sushi dishes. Traditional Andalusian gazpacho or other cold tomato-based soups will also be excellent table partners for this wine.
