The purpose of this wine is to go back to the old traditions of the red wines produced in the region of Monção. It is a "red green", produced from the typical red grape varieties of the region with predominance of Alvarelhão, seconded by Borraçal, Pedral and only a little of Vinhão. Coming from a vineyard with more than 70 years still with system of conduction in trellis looking for to imitate the wines that once were compared to the ones in Burgundy.

Tasting Notes:
Violet colour, cloudy, because it was not subjected to any filtration, to preserve all its character. The aroma is fresh and fruity, with a very fresh and pure red fruit (raspberry, strawberry). It is, however, in the mouth that dazzles by the elegance and incredible acidity that gives it a great personality and gastronomic versatility. It ends long and well crunchy asking for a new glass.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes, especially for accompany grilled meats.
