Delicate and fine aroma, it is noted by its fruity scents with floral note highlights. In the mouth it is young with citrus flavours, making it delightful and easy to drink. It also has a long, intense and persistent ending, a particular quality of this variety.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Hors d’oeuvres, salads, seafood and fish courses and oven-roasted meats. It is also an excellent companion for pizzas and Japanese cuisine.
