Tasting Notes:
Deep red colour with purple hints. Aroma of red fruits like blackberries, blueberries and black plums. Presents distinctive floral and vegetal aromas, with hints of vanilla and dark chocolate. Complex, full body, creamy, intense, expressive, slightly spicy, well balanced and with a long aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
It shall be served at 14º /16º. Keep the bottle on horizontal position. Protect from sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
Food Pairing:
To pair with roasted meats like veal, lamb, pork, several type of steaks and beef.
