Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested manually, transported in 20kg boxes and selected on a sorting table. Destem 70% and whole bunch 30%. Fermentation occurred spontaneously, followed by 40 days of maceration. Aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Open colour ruby violet. Intense nose, dark red fruit, moss, mineral charcoal. Fresh, textured attack, lots of concentration and complexity. Always present acidity, persistent tannins and long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position. Serve at a temperature of 14-16 º C.

Food Pairing:
Perfect for pot dishes, game, cheek dishes, which need both intensity and freshness and acidity to cut through the fat.
