Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Touriga Nacional,Merlot
Tasting Notes:
The aroma is plum, black currant, tomato jam and spice. It does not lack character, but it needs time in the bottle, being still hard in the tasting, with harsh, slightly bitter, austere tannins, with a somewhat lean body and very high acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a moderate temperature of 14 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with meats and strong cheeses.
