Grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes, with a great deal of selection right from the vineyard, and only those bunches that are perfectly ripe and in good health are picked. Total destemming. Fermentation on the skins in vats. Ageing in stainless steel vats for 6 months. No product of any kind is added to the wine throughout the process, apart from a small dose of sulphur dioxide at bottling. The wine has not been filtered either, so it may form a deposit in the bottle.

Alvarelhão,Caínho,Espadeiro,Vinhão,Borraçal
Tasting Notes:
Rustic, balsamic (pine needles and mushrooms) and mineral with hints of the forest and granite typical of the village of Riba de Mouro. Mouth with lots of spices, fresh with a subtle touch of red cherry, herbaceous. Balanced, smooth and easy to drink.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be drunk chilled at around 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine goes well with sausages, feijoadas, rojões, cozido à portuguesa and other typical regional dishes.
