Winemaking:
Hand picked grapes at short distance from winery from selected parcels. Total destemming for pure varietal extraction. Pellicular carbonic fermentation during one week.

Tasting Notes:
High concentration dark ruby. Very fresh and fruity aromas, reminding plums and well ripe wild berries. Strong, dense and concentrated structure. The tannins are there, but soft and well integrated in the complete set.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Serve with white meat dishes, grilled or roast meat, seasoned fish, risotto and cheese.
