Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. Total stripping and cold pellicular maceration. Light dressing (12 hours) and long fermentation at low temperature. Rapidly maturing into old barrels of the Albariño, only to micro-oxygenate the wine.

Serve at a temperature between 8 to 10º C.
