Tasting Notes:
Slightly salmon in colour. Clean and delicately perfumed nose. Fresh citrus, red and forest fruits such as grapefruit, strawberries, cherries and redcurrants immediately stand out in a highly inviting bouquet, complemented by floral nuances of roses. On the palate it is more intense, with good acidity giving it freshness, which runs throughout the whole tasting, and a very slight perception of sweetness that gives it balance. The aromas felt on the nose assert themselves in the mouth in a very pleasurable way. With an elegant simplicity, it finishes long and asks for another taste.

Uncomplicated, fresh and with delicate aromas, we suggest serving this wine between 7 and 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
As it is uncomplicated and fresh, it can be paired with cold salads with wild berries, grilled fish or Asian food. It can also accompany less sweet desserts such as red fruit panna cotta or a fruit salad.
