Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel vats at low temperatures in order to preserve all the aromatic expression of the wine. After fermentation, the wines are sulphited to prevent malolactic fermentation from starting. Aging in stainless steel so as not to interfere with the expression of the fruit.

Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to be consumed at 10ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.

Great for accompanying fish, seafood and Italian dishes. Also perfect by itself in a sunset.
