Winemaking:
After careful and vigilant ripening, the selected grapes are hand-picked into small boxes, destemmed and cold macerated for 20 days in order to bring out the full flavour of the grape varieties used. Aged for 3 months in the bottle after filling.

Tasting Notes:
Pomegranate colour. Elegant aroma with notes of red fruit. Smooth and balanced with a silky, persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 11ºC. Keep the bottles layed down when it’s possible and in a room with controlled temperature.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with starters, salads, pasta and fish dishes.
