Mechanical harvesting at night. Total stalking. Maceration for approximately 8 hours. Vacuum pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in a stainless steel tank for 10 to 15 days followed by aging in it.

Tasting Notes:
Light pink, fresh and fruity, with pleasant aromas of strawberry and white flowers. Good acidity, elegant and structured. Long and fresh.

Serve at a temperature of 8º/10º.
