Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats and barrels at controlled temperature, followed by sur lies ageing.

Grape Varieties:
Syrah,Aragonêz

Tasting Notes:
Salmon colour. Fruity aroma of nectarines and strawberries. In the mouth it's voluminous with a fresh flavour. Good volume, smooth and delicate on the finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºC.

Food Pairing:
This wine pairs well with sushi, fish and salads. Also as an appetizer.
