Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in contact with the fine lees.

Slightly pink, salmon. Intense nose with notes of strawberry, very floral. Soft, intense, with a lot of freshness, notes of strawberry with a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8º -10º C.

Wine that is best drunk as an aperitif before a meal or on a sunset. It can also be enjoyed as an accompaniment to a light meal, a cooked lobster salad, a Caesar salad, a fish or seafood dish, both grilled or boiled.
