Product details

Winemaking:
The harvest was carried out exclusively by hand and at night. Half of the batch fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 12ºC, while the remainder fermented in new French oak barrels. This was followed by aging on fine lees. The entire batch aged for 3 months in new French oak barrels.

Antão Vaz,Arinto

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-11°C.
