After manual harvesting and careful selection of bunches, the grapes were de-stemmed and gently pressed. The resulting must was clarified at low temperature and fermented naturally (native/indigenous yeasts) in stainless steel tanks. The production of this wine was as natural as possible, following a minimal intervention strategy and without any addition of oenological products.

Wine with an intense pink color and “raspberry” hue. The nose exudes purity in an expressive set typical of the variety, suggesting ripe red fruit, plum, pomegranate and wild berries in syrup or jam. In the mouth, it follows the profile of the nose, it is lively, full of juicy fruits and frank flavors that culminate in a finish of pleasant depth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 12 ° C and 14 ° C.
Food Pairing:
A genuine rosé wine, with an Alentejo flavor, firm and vigorous, which welcomes company at the table. Charcoal fish dishes, lightly seasoned white meats, pastas or vegetarian risottos pair perfectly with this wine.
