Product details

Winemaking:
Made with 72% Trincadeira from 2017, 21% Castelão from 2017, 3% Touriga Nacional from 2019, 3% Aragonez from 2016, 1% Trincadeira 2011. The bunches pass through the sorting table to small 300 kg presses where, by bleeding, the skin/must ratio is extracted by 30%. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for 30 days without temperature control and with indigenous yeasts in used barrels. Malolactic activity occurs partially spontaneously. Aged for 49 months in used Allier and Tronçais barrels on lees and under a flower veil with monthly bâtonnage and 2 years in bottle.
