Winemaking:
Fermentation of the grape varieties together in stainless steel tanks with strict temperature control.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes:
Salmon pink color. Very fruity, with notes of cherry and apricot. Fresh, young, light, fruity, with acidity. Fresh and very fruity finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with all types of starters, grilled fish and meat, pasta, salads and sushi.
