Product details

Winemaking:
Grapes originating from vineyards planted on the Beira Interior plateau, at an average altitude of 750 meters, mainly over 40 years old in exclusively granite soils with many quartz veins. Depending on the year, we select the best vineyards, whose native grape varieties are perfectly adapted to the rustic climate caused by the altitude. Grapes harvested by hand, received with total stemming and crushing immediately, with skin contact for a short period. Fermentation between 16 - 17ºC with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 4 months in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Grape Varieties:
Mourisco,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional,Rufete
