Light salmon in color, with a nose with floral notes and some red fruit, it reveals itself to be fresh with prominent aromas of blackcurrants. Balanced structure with a long, dry finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.

Soft cheeses, snacks, seafood, fish dishes, pasta or on its own.
