Clear, pale pink in colour. Elegant with strong floral intensity and wild berries, with raspberry standing out. Strong volume and intensity, revealing a structured and balanced balance between alcohol and acidity. Long, full-bodied, and persistent finish.

Serve at 10ºC.

It pairs well with spicy charcuterie, oven-baked fish, white meats, and medium-structured cheeses.
