Hand-picked during the second week of October. Fermentation in French oak vats at 25°C for 12 days, followed by maceration. Aged in 225-liter French oak barrels for 24 months. Bottled without filtration or stabilization to avoid affecting the wine's development potential, although it is subject to the formation of a slight natural deposit during bottle aging.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby color, good aromatic depth, with notes of jam, blackberry, and cocoa, in a complex and refined combination. Concentrated and elegant on the palate, with hints of quality toast that lend it great harmony.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC.

Goes well with red meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
