Tasting Notes:
Alicante Bouschet ages in a 2200L foudre. At the end of each 12-month period, 10% of the volume is removed and Trincadeira is added. In total, it aged for four years.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consume at 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
great accompaniment to meat dishes, game, sausages and cheese, especially soft cheeses.
