Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Barroca,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, an aroma of ripe fruit, perhaps most evident strawberries and raspberries, red fruit with some spice. In the mouth it is a very smooth wine, with ripe to engage with wooden fruit. Full-bodied wine with a medium end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good companion for red meat dishes or sausages.
