Product details
After intensive maturation control by our winemaking team, the grapes were hand-selected along the cut and then carefully packed from the vineyard to the winery, where only the best bunches were chosen to be part of this blend. Fermentation takes place in small volumes, followed by finished malolactic fermentation, aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels. Ageing in new 500-litre French oak barrels for 24 months. After this time, the wine was stabilised and filtered, followed by bottling and a further 36 months in the bottle.
