Winemaking:
Total destemming, with skin maceration at controlled temperature. Stage in French oak for 6 to 10 months.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz

Tasting Notes:
Ruby coloured. Aroma of black fruits with wood undertones, full-bodied taste, with soft tannins and with a persistent and long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 18-20ºC.

Food Pairing:
Serve with meat dishes and cheeses.
