The harvest took place under ideal atmospheric conditions in the 3rd week of September. The grapes were duly selected, destemmed and partially crushed, and the fermentation process took place over 15 days, ending with 8 days of maceration. This was followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for 24 months.

Tasting Notes:
Intense purple-red colour. Aromas of ripe black fruit combined with nuances of very spicy toast. Harmonious and seductive, it is lively with ripe but well-polished tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Suggested serving temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC with prior decantation. Subject to creating deposits.

wine with enormous gastronomic versatility.
