Tasting Notes:
The aroma reveals notes of blackberry, toasted notes and small notes of vanilla, cassis associated with small touches of ripe strawberry / cherry, as well as very discreet notes of sweet spices and a very discreet touch of Sichuan pepper. In the mouth it is juicy, fruity, well balanced, fairly straight forward and offers a beautiful acidity, a slight tension, precision, sweet tooth. In the mouth it expresses notes of ripe blackberry and raspberry and small notes of cassis combined with touches of succulent blueberries, flowers, liquorice, light notes of vanilla, as well as very discrete notes of cardamom and black olive. The tannins are very firm and discreetly smooth. Good end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
