Product details

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested in 20kg boxes. Pre-fermentation maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation with a percentage of stems in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Post-fermentation maceration for at least 15 days. Aging for 18 months in 500-liter French oak barrels and stainless steel vats.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Barroca

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally. Serve at 16/18ºC.

It goes well with red meat dishes, duck and game birds, as well as soft and semi-cured cheeses.
