Product details
Winemaking:
After manual selection, the grapes are completely de-stemmed at the entrance to the winery and subsequently crushed in stainless steel presses with robotic treading. It is at this stage that pre-fermentative maceration takes place at low temperature. After alcoholic fermentation has begun, the masses are transferred to stainless steel vats at a controlled maximum temperature of 26ºC until fermentation is complete. Pressing is done in vertical belt hydraulic presses. Aging in 2nd and 3rd year barrels for 9 months until bottling.
