Tasting Notes:
Ruby red, intense. Aroma of red and black fruit with nuances of balsamic and spices. The palate is intense and dense, with a strong acidity that gives it freshness and elegance. Tannins present but round. Long and persistent aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal serving temperature 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
