Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Unoaked wine with pure red fruit aromas and floral notes of rock rose and Mediterranean bush vegetation. On the palate, defined flavours of wild fruits stand out with some herbaceous notes where fennel punctuates (quite typical in Vesuvio wines).
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage in horizontal position. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
