Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with little maceration. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Jaen,Tinto Cão

Tasting Notes:
Cherries, wild notes and spices. Light smoke. Well-integrated wood. Soft tannins, medium acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC.
