It is one of the last vineyards to be harvested. The grapes are trodden on foot in mills, later transferred to vats, where fermentation takes place, for eight days. The aging period lasts 16 months, in new and used barrels in the proportion of 10% and 90% respectively.

Tasting Notes:
Very good structure, with a perfect balance of acidity, resulting in smooth, balanced wine and with potential for aging in an exceptional bottle. The combination of these two grape varieties, in certain years, works very well, as the strength of Touriga Franca is polished with the elegance of Tinta Barroca.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be enjoyed with your favourite red meat or Cheeses and can cellaring for up to 10 years.
