Winemaking:
Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Cabernet Sauvignon,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Rich and intense on the nose with aromas of blackberry, cassis, black pepper and vanilla, toasted in background, progressing to cinnamon, caramel and liquorice. In the mouth it is medium bodied, well-crafted tannins, acidity in point, good volume, good concentration and a final, though not as long, very pleasant and fruity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompaniment to strong flavoured meat and game dishes and strong cheeses.
