Live red colour with violet notes. Aroma of very mature wild berries with chocolate and coffee notes. Smooth structure with well balance acidity that gives it a long ending and the flavour of wild berries.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pair with red meat dishes, as well as strong cheeses.
