Fresh grapes at their ideal ripening point, picked by hand into 20kg boxes. After de-stemming and gentle crushing, the grapes were placed in a stainless steel tank and macerated on the skin for five days. These fermented for five days, with three "delestages" per day, remaining in post-watering maceration for another three days. The result was a wine with excellent extract. This aged in old French oak vats. The Blend was made in May 2009.

Tasting Notes:
With a rich and vivid color, taking on brick tones. It is exuberant in aroma, with a strong character of ripe red fruit, already with evolution and rich complexity. In the mouth, it shows its strength with tamed tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Laying down in a cool, dry place, away from light. Long evolution potential, subject to deposit formation. Serve decanted, between 13º and 16º.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with fatty cheeses and dark chocolate-based desserts.
