It is a limited edition drawn from a rare breed very rare in the region. This wine was created from grapes from a small vineyard called "Malhada Alta", near the Lau, belonging to the Cardoso family for many years. It is an elegant and very mineral grape variety giving rise to fresh and light wines.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
